Sherry Marquez for Lancaster

Born December 4, 1953 – Philadelphia, PA (nearest hospital) to Jerry and Juanita Harrell while stationed in New Jersey.  Jerry Harrell retired as a Navy Chief after 24 years of service to our country.  During those 24 years our family moved a lot.  I believe it has helped me be a more flexible and resourceful individual with a leadership mentality.

Married in 1971 – Key West, FL to Edward Marquez – We will celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary on September 3rd.  Eddie served our country in the Air Force for 21 years and retired as a Master Sergeant. 

Children

Nicole — married to Scott Hand living in Lancaster.  They have three children: Lydia – 10, Mark – 6, and Anna Grace – 21 mos old.  

Edward Jr. — married to Chrissy stationed in Tampa, Florida.  Ed Jr. is a Major in the Air Force and we are very proud of our son’s 10 years of service to our country.

 

Residence

We have lived 17 years in the Valley — from Edwards AFB, to Rosamond, to Lancaster.  We have come to love the Antelope Valley and specifically Lancaster.
